It is crazy how fast summer has flown by! S and I are officially in Mtown now as of yesterday. God has worked in remarkable ways throughout this summer down at camp. He has revealed himself to me and campers in the depths of caves, at the heights of the rocks and through the meandery river. I was able to play my banjo for worship as well as the piano. I did complete some cooking adventures through continuously baking bread for the different groups and a failed attempt at making mozzarella. (I accidentally threw out my rennet and proceeded to buy this stuff called Junkett, which is not real rennet. Therefore, it did not work like the rest of mozz that I have made before.) All in all, I am very excited for what God has in store for us in Mtown. He has already provided in so many ways. He is good. I have been spending time in my father-in-law's garden harvesting tons of cucumbers, beans and tomatoes and researching farmers markets and other ways to live sustainably in my new town. :)

Summer Vacation has Begun!!!
It is so crazy that the school year is already over. It has been such a learning and wonderful experience. Saying goodbye to my students was very emotional. However, they did surprise me with a marvelous sweatshirt that has all of their names signed on it. This school has truly been a blessing in my life and I will never forget the memories that I have created there.
Not only am I leaving my students, but several of the students are also switching schools. I know and believe that whichever school they are attending next year, God has big plans for their lives. He has made each one of them unique and talented in their own way. It was truly beautiful to watch them grow throughout this year to be the young woman or young man that God is molding them into.
For now, my adventures include taking my PRAXIS test on Wednesday, finishing closing my classroom and packing for our next adventure. 10 DAYS till we make the move across the country. Such a bitter sweet time.
